Radio Programming 

Radio bina kisi programming ke us tarah se hai jaise ghoda bina lagaam ke. Who kabhi idhar bhagega, kabhi udhar bhagega, kabhi khud ko nuksaan pahuchayega toh kabhi auro ko. Being a Media Radio ka importance isliye bhi bahut hai kyuki humari kahi har baat laakho log suntey hain aur usey kai baar follow bhi karte hain aise samay mei without programming hum agar kuchh galat bol gaye toh uska khaamiyaazaa na sirf humein balki poore samaaj ko bhugatna hota hai. Isliye Radio programming Kisi bhi Radio ka ek bahut eham hissa hota  hai. 

Har Radio Programming ke kuch basics hotey hain, jinhe agar koi Radio station kaayde se follow karta hai, toh ek lambey samay tak sustain kar saktaa hai. Nichey kuch points hain jinhe dhyaan mein agar rakha jaaye toh hum humare radio station ki reach maximum logo tak pahucha saktey hai.

1. Understanding your community:

Chaahe woh community radio ho ya fm station jin logo ke liye hum shows tayyar karte hain yaani humari community ko samjhna bahut zaruri hai. Community ka rehan sehan, vyavasaay, soch, education level in sabhi baton ko dhyaan mein rakhkar jab hum programming karte hain toh woh radio radio na sirf suna jaata hai balki dil se community dwara saraaha bhi jaata hai.

 

2. Identifying their needs:

Community ki kya needs hain yeh jaana bhi utna hi zaroori hai jitna khud community ko.  Jab tak hum unki zarroraton ko dhyaan mein nahi rakhenge hum un tak nahi pahuch sakte. Unki needs ko pehchan na aur apni programming ko usi tarah module karte rehna hi ek smart aur sustain radio ki nishani hai. 

 

3. Medium of communication:

Aap jis community ke beech hotey hain unki language jaana bahut zaroori hai kyunki radio jo hai who ek audio medium hai. Saamne wala sirf aapko sun sakta hai na ki dekh, isliye  language ka chunaav maximum wahi hona chahiye jo aapki community mein zyaada se zyaada  boli jaati hai. Tabhi aap apni baat zyaada se zyaada logo tak pahucha sakenge.

4. Identifying your target group (TG):

Understanding your community ka sub division hai identifying your  Target group yaani aap jo show kar rahe hain uski programming aap community ke kis varg ke liye kar rahe hain yeh bahut zaroori hai. Varg yaani uska vyavasaay, umr etc… 

For example: agar aap shikha ke based par koi show kar rahe hain toh aapki programming yaani aapki bolne ki shaili, udaahran, voice pitch sabhi kuchh usi ke hisaab se  tay karna hoga. Isi tarah women oriented  shows  mein women related baatein aur unhi ke ird gird humare show ki programming hogi.

5. Impact of our content on listeners:

Being a media humari kahi har baat ka impact sabhi listeners par bahut gehraa padtaa hai aur agar nahi padtaa hai toh humein apni programming is hisaab se karna chahiye ki  hum jo keh rahe hain uska impact poori tarah se  listeners par ho. Isliye humein khud humare shabdo ke chunaav, subject, bolne ka tarikaa aur innovations ka dhyaan rakhna hota hai. 

6. Importance of Radio: 

Radio ko medium of information, education and entertainment kaha jaata hai. Isliye humari programming inhi teeno ko dhyaan mein rakhkar  honi chahiye in teeno ka sahi mixture woh bhi sahi propos ion mein kisi bhi radio ki sustainability ke liye ek bahut important role play karta hai.  Kisi bhi chez ka zyaada yak kam hona usey boring   yaa off the track leja sakta hai. Education ho but light and  entertaining way mein, isi tarah information dete huye bhi in baato ka dhyaan rakhna hoga.

 

7. Principals of the Radio stations and organization :

Koi bhi radio station jis organization ke through  run ho raha hai programming karte huye humein uska khayal rakhna bahut zaroori hai. Humein apni saari programming is tarah se design karni hogi ki ki hum uske principals ko na toh hurt karein aur na hi ussey alag hokar kaam karein

 

8. Content Generation :

Kisi bhi  show, event ya promos design karte huye uske content par kaam karna bahut zaroori hai.  Content kisi bhi radio ki aatma ki tarah hota hai. Uske bina aapka radio dead ke samaan hai. Content design karte samay show ka  duration aur who kitne dino tak chalne wala hai iska bhi khayal rakhna bahut zaroori hai. Content ka innovative aur creative hona bhi utna hi zaroori hai aur samay samay par usmein changes bhi hona show aur station ki neerastaa ko khatm karta hai. 

9. Dos and don’ts  : ministry of information and broadcasting ki kuchh guidelines radio ke liye tay ki gai hain humein unka poori tarah se respect karna zaroori hai.Radio ke kuchh dos and don’ts hotey hai unhe achche se samajhna aur unka paalan karna bhi bahut important hai.  Koi bhi aisa content jo kisi vyakti athvaa samudaay ko hurt karey radio par aisa kuchh bolna bhi ek punishable offense hai aur anaitik baat hai.

 

In sabhi ke saath  humein is baat ka humesha dhyaan rakhna chahiye ki hum radio par humesha positive baatein hi karein. Negativity se khud ko aur humare listeners ko door rakhein  saath hi koshish karte rahein  ki hum apne passive listeners ko humesha active banate rahein. 

Aur is baat ka khayal rakhein ki  community ko radio station ki nahi…radio station ko community ki zaroorat hoti hai…isliye always respect your listeners.
